Loaded Potato Bar

I give this 3 stars there were a few things I saw wrong with this place starting with the customer service noone was out front only 1 cook in the back and no suggestions or help to be given the person acted like we were a bother to be there! Next with the prices are to expensive for a potato! The music is turned up so loud you can't hear yourself think( a little goes a long way) and There is no where to sit except outside it was raining and the chairs are so small and metal and not made for anyone with hips. The food was good I will say that expensive but very good it's just the atmosphere was uninviting and uncomfortable and the service was less than I expected.

I had lunch here and got the Jay-Z; it was a significant portion. I Didn't eat the entire potato. My only recommendation is they dust more often. The kiosk and front counter was dusty. They had dead flowers with gnats flying around a vase with brown water. Not very appealing to look at while waiting on an order. The overall vibe is relaxed with the Hip-hop theme. The graffiti wall is nice, but the posters seemed very arts and crafts. This is a takeout-only restaurant with three patio chairs outside—no public restrooms. No refunds. No cash accepted. The rating reflects the cleanliness of the overall takeout restaurant. It should be better for the price point and location.

Great little take out restaurant. The loaded potatoes are amazing, and quite a lot of food. They are generous with the toppings, and both mine and my wife's potatoes were fantastic. Lots of customization options with a good selection. I got the biggie and my wife got the outkast. Both were great. The hip hop theme is very well done, with all of the menu items bearing names of classic hip hop artists. Will definitely go again.

Came in since I’ve ordered from DoorDash. It’s been almost an hr and still no food. There’s literally ONE person working. There’s about 10 people ahead of me who are also frustrated and have been waiting even longer. Smh. Never will I come back. UPDATE: I waited an hr for my food since the one person working played like I he couldn’t cancel my order. I was so upset and disappointed. The most basic almost $20 baked potato ever. I had to add my own sour cream when I got home since they forgot to put it on my order. He handed me a tube of cheap sour cream smh . Bland and tasteless.

I’m giving the loaded potato bar 4/5!! The food was delicious but so salty!!!! I also didn’t like the way I had to order with no personal interaction! If someone is older or who isn’t computer savvy they will struggle!! The idea is good but I guess I just love people! Overall the vibe is cool and I’m assuming they are short-staffed so hence the self-serve kiosk! The portions are huge so be prepared to save some or share!! 8/10 will come again!

walked in - ordered on the kiosk, waited for the order- It was a bit of a wait I don't remember the exact time but it wasn't super long. We ordered 2 biggie potatoes & added one lobster. The potatoes were huge, favorful, and hot! We loved it however the lobster was tiny for $16 but I mean what can you expect they are not usually large. (So the pictures of the lobster was from a video I took, I didn't take any pictures). Definitely would recommend & will be back to try the others!!

I have ordered and eaten from The Loaded Potato Bar many, many times. I attempted to order last week as I normally do, however; the online ordering was down as they were experiencing a power outage. Today, I was relieved to see the online ordering was available (it saves on time for me). I placed my usual order. My drive to the establishment is 46 minutes each way. I get home and take two bites, delicious as always. The third scoop in, I see something black. At first glance I thought it was charred broccoli. I place it on a napkin only to discover it is a BUG. I have tried calling the restaurant numerous times, no answer. Whereas, I wholeheartedly believe in supporting Black and Brown Owned businesses, I am sad to say this is my last time supporting. My review is not to tear down yet bring awareness to the Manager and Owner(s). I hope additional safety measures are reviewed and enforced to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers.
